Another gorgeous morning and Rich said it may hit 80 degrees today. Now that is getting up there for Buenos Aires. That doesn't seem too uncomfortable temperature wise, but if the humidity kicks in it could be on the edge of feeling quite hot. And then there are the mosquitos to worry about. Rich wonders when they will be born. Not looking forward to that day!
To get organized today, I started making a list of what I needed to do and it was overwhelming me. I thought I was accomplishing a lot these past few days, but there is so much to do in this job. One thing stressing me is that I need to work on the training manual I am putting together for Sister Schoeny. It isn't where I want it to be yet, so I may have to spend some late nights at the office.
Elder Kroff went to the bank, paid some rents, and later in the afternoon read some of his book on his iPhone while waiting for me to get ready to go home. I wish I could give him some of my work. Hmmm, that's a thought.
Elder Peterson got a call from Bonpland saying they had a new car for the President and when the old car is brought in they will switch it for the new. So since he had to drive Elder Paz up to the Capital to handle a contract for an apartment, he decided to take the President's car and bring a new one back. Can't wait to see what it looks like.
We left between 4:00 and 4:30 today because Rich was leaving at 5:30 to meet Ezequiel Garcia to go hometeaching. We ate some Sunday left overs for dinner, and had the dishes done by 5:20. After he left, I ironed some shirts and then got busy updating the blog.
It's good to see Elder Mamani looking happy!
ReplyDelete"Moved in" as in living together? I guess it's the same everywhere, not just in Europe.
ReplyDeleteHave you thought about your coming home yet? We started packing and throwing away early on so as not to be too stressed by the ordeal.
